Rolex Datejust 31 in stainless steel and Everose gold, pairing an aubergine diamond-set dial with a two-tone Oyster bracelet and automatic movement.

The Datejust 31 combines Rolex’s classic date-equipped design with a rich aubergine dial accented by diamond hour markers. Its 31 mm stainless steel case is complemented by an Everose gold bezel, while the Oyster bracelet continues the stainless steel and Everose gold combination for a distinctive two-tone presentation.

The watch is powered by the automatic Rolex Calibre 2235 and features a date display viewed beneath the Cyclops lens. A sapphire crystal protects the dial.
