  • Payment Policy: We require 100% payment in advance to confirm your order with our international dealers and lock in the watch at the advertised price. This protects you from price jumps or currency fluctuations while the watch is in transit.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Net Banking, and Bank Wire Transfers (NEFT, IMPS, RTGS). For high-value transactions, we highly recommend bank wire transfers for a smoother processing experience.

Visual Transparency: Catalog images are for identification and representative purposes; we may use AI tools to enhance their appeal. A store display item is an unused, like-new item, in excellent condition, and that has been previously displayed/handled within a storefront. To put this in perspective, each “new” watch purchased in a traditional brick-and-mortar store is a store display item, because it was previously displayed in a case. Because we source from global hubs, delivery typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase confirmation. Exact shipping period will depend on when we receive it. We offer express shipping options at additional payment to allow 2 week shipping and a standard period of 4 weeks in other cases. For “Unworn/New” watches, yes, you receive the valid Manufacturer’s Warranty. For pre-owned watches, the manufacturer warranty may have expired, in which case the Dealer Warranty applies.
