The warm champagne dial is clean and understated, featuring applied faceted gold baton hour markers that catch the light against the satin surface. Matching faceted gold-tone hands add to the refined design, while a slender central seconds hand provides a touch of movement to the otherwise minimalist two-hand dress-watch layout.

Measuring 33.5 mm in diameter, the round gold-plated case is finished to a classic mid-century dress-watch profile. Marked “Plaqué Or G 40 Microns,” the case retains its sharp, well-defined lines and measures 42.8 mm lug-to-lug and 9.4 mm thick. The 17 mm lug width completes its compact and formal proportions on the wrist.

Inside is the Longines Calibre 280, a Swiss manual-wind mechanical movement with 17 jewels. With serial number 11966433, the movement dates to circa 1962 and provides a straightforward and durable hand-wound experience.
