DESCRIPTION

The Rolex Explorer 36 combines Oystersteel and 18 ct yellow gold in a versatile 36 mm Oyster case, paired with the collection's signature black dial and automatic manufacture movement for exceptional everyday performance.

Inspired by Rolex's longstanding association with exploration and endurance, the Explorer remains one of the brand's most understated and highly regarded professional watches. Its balanced proportions, luminous Chromalight display and clean three-hand layout deliver outstanding legibility, while the smooth yellow gold bezel introduces a refined contrast to the robust Oystersteel construction.

Powering the watch is the Rolex manufacture Calibre 3230, a self-winding mechanical movement offering approximately 70 hours of power reserve. The watch is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, provides 100 metres of water resistance and is fitted to the iconic Oyster bracelet featuring an Oysterlock safety clasp with the Easylink comfort extension system for everyday wear.
